Our Pizzas are Absolutely Fabulous
Starts with the perfect dough. Our sourdough ball is delicious because we use only premium traditional ingredients: Italian 00 flour, olive oil, water, salt, sugar and yeast (all natural, no artificial ingredients and preservations). Our dough is rested for a minimum of 24 hours producing a wonderfully tasty sourdough.
Once the dough is ready, it’s hard stretched to the perfect thickness and part baked in our traditional stone pizza oven. When ready, they are blast frozen, retaining all their natural great taste. Now it’s ready to be topped and baked in just 3 1/2 minutes.
Using our bases gives you premium quality, great consistency with no waste!
